Semester Projects

The ETC program consists of a boot camp semester, followed by a trio of semester long projects.

Current: Watchtower

Watchtower is a Flash-based collaboration between the ETC, the Alice Project, intended to help educate high school students on online safety.  The experience is intended to be part of a curriculum, which the Alice Project will design in tandem with our project. I am serving as a Flash programmer. More information can be found at http://www.etc.cmu.edu/projects/watchtower/

Spring 2012: Seven's Wild Ride

Seven's Wild Ride is a lightly branded iPhone game commissioned by Seven Springs Mountain Resort to help draw more attention to the wide variety of activities they offer throughout the year. My duties include programing the GUI and achievements (via Apple's GameCenter) in Unity, as well as maintaining our pipeline. More information can be found at http://www.etc.cmu.edu/projects/seven-springs/

Fall 2012: SEECQUEL

SEECQUEL is an Android tablet based experience for the Schrader Environmental Education Center, part of the Oglebay Institute in Wheeling, WV.  It hosts a great number of school groups every year, and our goal is to help them engage with nature.  I am the producer for this project.
